I've tried and failed in the past. Its now or never. There is no avoiding my divine calling without bringing destruction onto my head. Current Stats:

Age: 26
Gender: Male
Sobriety time: 60 days from drugs and alcohol, 6 or seven from tobacco.
Other vices: Pornography, clean for seven days.

Church status: Disfellowshipped since early 2004
Highest priesthood obtained: office of Teacher in Aaronic priesthood.

Risk factors: Emotionally compulsive behavior. Pending legal issues weigh greatly on confidence.

This is my goal, to regain my fellowship in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in a timely manner, remain free from previously listed addictions from this point forward, and become ordained to priest in time to baptize my son who turns eight in less than a years time.

Long term: Find an eternal companion.
